Shipping
Products at Danial Webster Design generally ship in 1-2 days and are shipped via United States Postal Service, via Priority Shipping and have delivery confirmation. Your products should arrive within 2-3 days.
Shipping charges are billed as a flat rate of $5.00. Large orders may require additional shipping charges.
If your shipment does not arrive, please contact Danial, to check on its progress and correct the problem.
Billing
All payments are currently made only through a PayPal. Special payments may be arranged by contacting Danial, danial@dwdesignonline.com. Special payment arrangements will delay shipment of your purchases.
Returns
Our products are returnable only due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, and for store credit only. In the event we run out of stock of a returned item, we will replace the item with an equivalent item of your choosing.
Please email before returning items, so that we know to expect it. We ask that all returns are sent via USPS Priority Shipping with delivery confirmation.
